Peel Pro terms
What you buy
Peel Pro is a one-time purchase of US$29.99, plus any sales tax shown at checkout. It unlocks Peel’s recovery tools, guided recall and recovering found files into a folder, in the edition of Peel downloaded from this site, on the Macs you use, for every version. Opening, browsing and extracting archives stay free.
No promise of recovery
Strong encryption has no shortcut. Peel Pro tries what you remember about a password and looks for copies of your files; it can’t promise to open a particular archive. Peel’s free check tells you whether recovery looks plausible, uncertain or unrealistic before you buy. Use Peel Pro only on archives that are yours or that you are allowed to open.
Delivery
Your licence is delivered as soon as you pay, on the page you return to and through the link in your receipt. By buying, you ask for it to be delivered at once.
Refunds
You can have a full refund for any reason within 1 day of buying: write to hello@snackstud.io with your receipt. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom: because the licence is delivered at once at your request, your 14-day right to withdraw ends when it is delivered, and the 1-day refund above applies instead. Rights you have under the law where you live are not affected.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your email address, country and payment details, as any checkout does; Snack Studio sees your email, country and the purchase, and nothing else. Peel itself checks your licence on your Mac and never sends it anywhere.
Mac App Store
If you use the Mac App Store edition, you buy Peel Pro inside the app from Apple, and Apple’s terms and refund process apply instead.
